1. Subscription-Based Services

BizPry offers premium features through paid subscription packages for vendors, such as custom domain websites, featured listings, and advanced tools. These services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan.

2. Refunds for BizPry Subscriptions

We offer a 7-day refund window for first-time subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

• Refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected].
• Refunds are not available for renewal payments or accounts that violate our Terms & Conditions.
• After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable.

3. No Refunds on Used Services

If premium features (e.g., custom site deployment, domain setup, advertising) have already been activated or utilized, the refund may be partially or fully declined based on service consumption.

4. Vendor Sales & Product Refunds

BizPry does not sell physical or digital products directly. All product sales made through vendor sub-domains are handled by the respective vendors.

Customers purchasing products from a vendor are subject to that vendor’s individual refund, shipping, and return policies. BizPry is not responsible for order fulfillment, delivery issues, or disputes between vendors and their customers.
